This is the same as other budget MTD mowers like you may find at Tractor Supply under the Huskee name or Lowes/Walmart under Bolens/Yard Machines names. The only difference is you must go through sears for any warranty work. Be sure you have a local sears service center or else, from what I have heard from my customers, you have to pay them to send a truck to your house to work on it even if it is warranty. Out of warranty parts can be had at any MTD dealer for this model. These are pretty cheaply built but if you have half an acre or less and the ground isn't too rough it should do you just fine.
