All SkyDrive users receive 7 GB of SkyDrive storage for free. Additional storage can be purchased if needed. Customers with an active Office 365 Home Premium or Office 365 University subscription get an additional 20 GB of SkyDrive storage as part of their subscription service, making a total of 27 GB of storage. This additional 20 GB of SkyDrive storage is applied to the SkyDrive account that is linked to the Microsoft account used to create the Office 365 subscription account. |

I have Office University 2010(100$ but you need a .edu address). I wanted to try the upgrade but when I installed it immediatly became the default office program which since the college courses I'm taking were office 2010 based was not desired. I tried to find a solution but gave up and uninstalled it. Not saying it's a bad program but this might be show stopperr for some.
Me I'm happy with Office 2010. Was happy with 2007 too only upgraded for college. Oh and if you purchased office 2010 then you are entitles to a free upgrade provided the purchase was recent. Check with MS for details on the dates. I don't believe it is receipt based but based on theactivation date Last edited by renegade44e; 03-12-2013 at 04:11 AM.. |

Guys, it's a great deal, 3 months trial followed by FOUR YEARS (all four, added together) for just $80 if you decide to keep it. http://office.microsof Honestly, it is WELL worth it. As much as Google and other companies keep pushing "cloud cloud cloud" there's a lot to be said about working with real apps that are connected to the cloud. It's the traditional "client/server" model that's been the basis of computing for decades, except that the server stuff has left the building and it's available for you and I to subscribe to at a reasonable price. (trust me, the skillset to manage servers, much less the hardware and licenses do NOT come cheaply.)
