oh don't buy from this site. i bought the exact same thing from them about 6 months ago and the unit came defective. had a headache dealing with them on the phone for hours and they tried to send me to jawbone. jawbone told me that dailysteal is not an authorize retailer. came back to dailysteal and they wanted me to pay shipping to send it back even though they sent me a defective part. i vowed to never buy from them again no matter how good the deal is.

Dailysteals is rated 4.8/10 for a very good reason.

Also just to clarify, "factory recertified" does not mean refubished. It's a term dailysteals frequently uses to replace "used with no reconditioning done"

I'd like to chip in as well. If you look at the ratings at bbb or resellerratings. The reviews for this site is abysmal. That and I've been burned by this site as well. Some stuff and magzine subscription I bought and paid for never arrived and when I tried contacting them all I got was the voice mail. So tread carefully. I would avoid this site like the plague.

and i will probably have to agree with this guy from first hand experience. when i received the earpiece and inspected it, it was very obvious that the earpiece had been used. it was dusty and all beat up with scuffs and etc. please people stop posting for this company.
