Got mine earlier today and hooked it up....watched a movie through my Roku and didn't notice any lag or pixelation...no difference at all, actually. Did not play around with the color buttons, cause I really have no need to. I just like having an extra HDMI input on my TV, and the remote is a bonus. It seems pretty well made. And tell me, where else can you earn a 10% return on your 72$ in three months? Win/Win....

Its basically an HDMI switch with a remote control. I wouldn't count on it to do anything else....at least anything necessary.

i just got it yesterday.

I bought this with the intention to bypass receiver when playing kids movies from BD player so I can save some electricity juice. but then I realized the BD only have 1 HDMI output. If I want to use it for this purpose I need HDMI splitter too so I can connect directly to TV while the other goes to receiver. Damn.. I might end up selling this on fleabay or donated if none wants to buy.

anyway, as long as the rebates approved, I'm still happy with it. quality seems to be sturdy.

Next time you fill up your tank, avoid jack rabbit starts and keep the rpm's under 2000. You'll easily save 10% on your fill up. If it's a smooth rebate - no arguments. But if you have to make multiple calls and fight for it, it isnt worth $7 for the hassle.

Newegg rebates are 100% AFAIK. I am always careful to copy everything and get it sent in right away, so I have no worries with this one. Good advice about driving ;-)

I'm using mine but I'm gonna return it because it has a pretty bad audio sync problem. Thank goodness I didn't mail the rebate. What a terrible device. It really does nothing special other than dial up the saturation of your TV.
