this device is a must if you are a acer h9500bd owner, the projector can't remember color profiles and it's annoying to set everytime. i use it inline with a darbe video processor, the color corrector and darbee are an execellent combination and give you outstanding color and sharpness on huge screen. also this thing has two hdmi inputs so you can use as a switch.

this is same processor as the video above in a much smaller box. its not for everyone but high end home theater setups can benefit for sure

this isn't an hdmi splitter. it's an hdmi switch. There's only 1 hdmi output.

It's basically a garbage item where newegg holds your money hostage for 3 or 4 months and get it back in the form of a crappy visa prepaid card.

I agree, they are just using our money. But I still need this, I am sick off unplugging the 360 and ps3 to use the other. And correct not splitter, a switch. Im 2/2 in noob today.

Will this work as an HDMI cable extender using 2 cables without plugging in a power source I wonder...

no i meant you used 3 day shipping. We all here used shoprunner that gives us 2 day shipping. So technically we will mail ours 1 day before you get yours (or even more if ours is delivered on Friday and yours is delivered on Monday).
