Does not matter your party affiliation, it really seems like 2014 Dems will be swept into another super majority if the math holds up and Ryan who I guess is the new head of the GOP keeps making statements like this while seeking to privatize social security and defund programs for the poor like Section 8 Housing, but giving more money to people earning $10,000 a week because they might be a Job creator. I know a few people making that kind of cash, and they sure don't create any jobs, but like expensive forgein cars and expensive forgein beer, and clothes.

While hard working lower to middle class American's are left thinking who is looking out for me?

Answer this for me: how does Obamacare save/protect our healthcare system?

Its Law, It was upheld by the US Supreme Court, the person and party who propsed it have been elected 2x now by a large majority of the American people. We have 4 more years of Obama and very likely a Hillary 2016 win. Not sure where all this opposition from half the country comes from or what numbers. But just take a look at the 2012 Election results. The people spoke loud and clear.


Money spent on the military and war is almost unquestion, if money is to be spent for the benefit of US citizens, ultra rich fund groups and thought creators to whip up opposition. Because its not in their interests to see the quality of life for Americans improve.

Time got it right. The recent bill was all about how to pay for outrageous costs, not how to fix the outrageous costs. That isn't to say either side is at all clean.

large majority? Obama took a smaller number of votes the second time than the first.... yes he won, no doubt. but the people were not voting on this bill were they? people remain VERY divided on this bill, it has pretty much 50/50 support. feel free to google some stats on the polls.

And if they address it, it's only to say that this law is better than nothing.
But they won't explain how that is either.

I think alot of American are waking up to what the GOP really is. The Math, demographics, and population show a turning of the tide in this country

How can you be pro-business and anti-single payer? Removing the healthcare burden from companies will help small businesses the most.

It's simple: It stems from the idea that there are a few "makers" who are footing the bill for a bunch of "takers." By booting the "takers" out of the system, the "makers" can now enjoy a privatized system that will cost less because it isn't burdened by the wicked costs of Socialism™.
The obvious flaw to this design is that it assumes the country is full of "takers" and ignores the real reasons why healthcare costs have been rising.

What I see Obama care doing is yes reforming the healthcare system much like Steve Jobs reshaped the Music Industry, It has to be reformed to change.

its just one emotional argument after another. is there any substance to be seen from your posts at all? as if what the GOP does or says has ANYTHING to do with how well the ACA will perform as a bill.... nothing you have said does anything to support the ACA in any way. do you even realize that?

why not examine basically every single major poll on ObamaCare in the past 3 years. Look at the red line for the against ObamaCare that is always above the black line (which is for ObamaCare). Even your most liberal people on this forum know that the majority of Americans oppose ObamaCare.

But you seem to think the election was based on ObamaCare.. ? If it was solely based on ObamaCare many of us would've been very happy because Obama would have lost. But any 1st grader knows that there are many different reasons for voting for a person.

And yes.. Hillary Clinton is in the bag.. I mean she couldn't beat Obama. when she was the front runner half a decade ago.. And this will of course never reappear.. As has been repeatedly pointed out, that is only true if you count the people who wanted more than PPACA accomplished. IOW, citing that statistic does not mean what you think it does.
