If you have the Yoga 11,
1. HDD is a eMMC flash memory, you have the same type also in order to swap it.
2. The unit only have 1 emmC slot for, you will need to replace the built-in emmC card with a larger capacity. By default you can configure it with a 32Gb or 64Gb. You can learn more about the 128GB here [toshiba.com].
3. The other way to expand the storage is to get a USB 2.0 External HDD

You'll get more utility out of a vivobook since its an x86 laptop.

Keep in mind the ASUS is equipped with a Intel Core i3 processor and the full version of Windows. This Lenovo is the RT version of Windows 8, while having a Tegra 3. IMO the only thing this Lenovo has over the ASUS is the longer battery life and the folding option into the tablet. If you are interested in actually running your regular Windows programs aka Legacy apps and don't care about the Yoga offers you are best of with the ASUS.

I recently bought the Samsung ATIV, and after spending a week with it I can honestly say I can't imagine why ANYONE would want an RT device, unless you could get one for like $300 MAX

RT is so limited, even if you come in with the expectations of "it's just a tablet" you will likely be disappointed; it's just not worth it unless you pay a really REALLY good price for it.

Atom tablets are definitely the way to go; you get the productivity of a full Windows 8 PC plus the battery life of an RT device.

Of course, you're paying a premium for it, but when you can get the VivoTab smart for just under $500 (only 50 bucks more than this, or really the same price without v.me!) it really seems like a no brainer.

IMO microsoft should kill RT as a separate device and just focus on Atom tables running full Win8. If people were reviewing these devices instead of these crippled RT I think windows would be actually on its way to killing it in the tablet space.

EDIT: I just realized this isn't a tablet, but more like a netbook, so maybe it's even less of a comparison, but still for the money I just can't see an RT being worth more than $250 or $300 at the most, even if it does come with office

lenovo still has these going for over $700 and i dont see anywhere else this cheap? whats the deal here?

Can this be upgraded to Windows 7? I'm wondering if drivers are available.
