Or you could get it for free... I never understand the popularity of the magazine "deals" on here when many are free in the free magazine forum.
So there are some which aren't free in the free magazine forum? Wink

Bloomberg is one of the corrupt elite corporations in this country. I've seen him lie many times and his radio talk shows are prepared questions. Nothing about the hard questions like the NDAA or why his police army is attacking media/protesters.
So you had no complaints when it was just Businessweek?

If you insist upon paying for your magazines, I'd suggest looking at Tanga first.

To steal a page from the Harry Potter movies, why do people treat autorenewing as a practice done by "you know who"? "You know who" does offer a nice service for $2/title/year!

For Bloomberg Businessweek? Right now, I have a long-term free subscription (until 2016? 17?) - the result of merging two subscriptions so I haven't been in a situation where I was hungry enough to have to track down offers of Businessweek.

I guess I don't understand why buying the magazine for $7+/year is better than getting it for $2 via Mercury Magazines.

Still waiting for the last renewal to take effect. Only way to tell is to either call or check mailing label (unless you have their free newspaper/drop-off service, in which case their is no mailing label...which I hate actually.)

I strongly suggest setting a reminder a few months out and verifying the renewal got applied. There will be no automatic notification by businessweek, so it's up to you to ensure it got applied (correctly and to YOUR account).

Great deal... I'd get it again if I was not still waiting for the last one.

Economist is far more expensive and I found it lacking. Most front-page articles were one-page long. On the other hand, almost every front page businessweek article spans several pages and goes into alot more depth.

I got the Economist due to a recommendation from a friend, and I really was hoping it would be better and worth the extra price... but I honestly thought I was paying more and getting less.
