FYI I just picked one of these up at Sears last weekend on clearance for $25, then an additional 15% off. And it was the brown color that I prefer. But they didn't have many available.

While I got a better deal, this deal is still good since it has all sizes available. The coat is going to be a gift, but I think the quality looked pretty good, especially for that price. I don't think I'd ever pay over $40 for it though. The $80 retail price seems a bit high.

Buyer beware, some reviews are saying the seams fall apart after the first washing.

quality concerns but probably ok for casual user. saw cabelas has several different carhartt jackets on sale...they are true work jackets and last for years under harshest conditions

Good deal on what seems like a decent jacket. I wouldn't get too wound up into spending bigger $ on a workjacket - they're easily thrown away and replaced when they're this cheap after a couple years. Never washed mine, just let it get sawdusty/whatever and it's fine.
