Yup, the $19.95 offer is over.

I was offered a 9.99 rebate. The shoes I picked are the same price on Amazon, without dealing with rebates and whatnot.

What if one was to just use the form that the OP posted for a $20 rebate...? Is that "SB" code on the top right hand corner specific to the person who used it?

does it matter if we use the $20 rebate opposed to the $10 rebate? i do not see a purchase date time frame and just bought a pair of shoes..wondering if i can get this better deal...

no rebate recd yet ..it has been almost 7 weeks (i posted it the next day).. it has a 60 day return period with free returns so i am going to return these tomorrow ..haven't used them till now as i nvr trusted this rebate..no contact info or tracking watsoever..

I sent an email to HORDWAY@m2mags.com, but they reply this:

"Unfortunately your rebate request was denied because the rebate offer is limited to those customers who decline the magazine offer during checkout. Our records indicate that you did not check the box to decline the magazine. You are no longer eligible for this rebate."

I made this mistake when buying the shoes, but this wasn't specified in the rebate conditions. So it looks like it is some kind of excuse. I am going to return the shoes, but I have thrown the box away, so I will be using a new box and paste the return label.

I got this in the mail today. Was totally not expecting it at this time. So check your mailboxes!
This was the only communication I ever got from them.
