Sometimes they forget to put the little sticker on the package.

I would just contact Newegg via Chat. Usually they are pretty quick to rectify the problem by offering a $10 credit back to your CC or gift card for the equivalent value.

You could always convert the gift card to cash on another FAR deal. So... I would settle for either one.

Thanks to both of you.. Will chat with them tomorrow. Last week I contacted them for the $5 FAR item where they pulled the rebate after we purchased it.. They refunded my money back to Paypal. Hopefully it goes through this time as well.

received the item, but picture quality has shown grainy...very disappointed...trying to figure out...

I bought these to throw in with a laptop that I am selling that does not have a webcam. I bought before looking at the specs and when I plugged it in Windows 7 did not find the video camera drivers. Seems that it does not work on Windows 7, I should look before I leap, but it was free right so not a problem.

After some toil and luck I found the Logitech software, LWS110.exe, and installed it and it works now on Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit. It works with the logitech software and with Skype. So just thought I would let anyone else who has Windows 7 know who finds it not working.
