Hefty 'The Gripper' tall kitchen bags 75ct Odor Block Lowe's $5.99 B&M YMMV
So...coupla Staples deals earlier on Hefty bags; but this clearance deal at Lowe's is pretty good. Of course, you'll use a coupon from 'somewhere' and your discounted gift card to make the deal even sweeter. I combined mine with a $9,98 multimaster blade on clearance for $2, but I digress.
Hefty "The Gripper" Odor Block tall kitchen bags(13 gal) on clearance at our local Lowe's...Was $11.98...NOW $5.99 for a box of 75(That's 8 cents a bag for the math impaired). Not bad for 'odor block' and the gripper top can be a plus, I reckon.

You could stack these on the Kobalt Overhead Storage Rack, if you can find one.
