It is difficult to find games that stay around this price a few months after release. Collector's edition maybe? I have $20 GS GC to burn but could not seem to find anything to buy.

thanks for the suggestion. I bought tomb raider on PS3 already ($60 digital bundle with quantum continuum). It is a great game. I would have preordered the Xbox version from amazon and get the 5 exclusive DLCs from scavenger hunt if i knew the game was that good.
i might pick up judgment but i think this will drop down to $40~$50 quickly. Microsoft Store had this with bonus 1600 MSP.

might get bioshock infinity on Xbox and last of us on,ps3, if this works with preorders.

Oh. I don't think preorders work cuz it says in stock games but I agree on judgment. Im glad I have it ordered from newegg when it was $40

Here I was thinking this was a good deal to take advantage of but then it has this restriction on it. I mostly get DS/3DS games when buying from GameStop so even for brand-new games I might get this wouldn't apply, since the handheld games are never over $40. How disappointing.
