Thanks I think I'll pick one up for the boyfriend who has been wanting one of the pull up bars for a while now.

If you are a tall person, you might want to consider getting a pull bar that lifts you up higher so your feet don't keep touching the ground.

FWIW, you need a short "top edge" of the back side of the door frame or else this won't work well. I've moved from a spot where this worked and hung on the door frame well, to lamenting the height of my new door frames. I don't know what to do with my pull up bar now...

Seems like a decent deal but I would only use the bar. The rest is crap imho. Which makes it less of a deal.

300 lbs. Damn I bought one of these for $30 from Target and it was just for the pull up bar. This is a great deal. oh snap!!

tempting. if i restart my p90x, this would be needed. i cant do legit pullups because an injured sohulder issue, but the rest of the equipment should be useful

Same here, I just bought the target one last week. I will prob put the bar from this one back in the target box and then return. |
