I bought the WD73842 73" and the picture is great. However, after about 30 days the part that the bulb goes into died. Mitsubishi support is horrible so hope you never have to deal with them. It took about 10 days to get it repaired. I wrote emails that were never responded to and calls to customer service didn't help either. Asked for supervisor and was told they were busy so I told them to have them call me back, I am still waiting and that was 4 days ago. To bad as the TV is great but Mitsubishi isn't.

Now that I have a plasma & an led, waiting on my 73' one these to turn on t a k e s f o r e v e r. The picture is good, but no where near the plasma, let alone the led, but it is nice to have in the game room, but it takes forever to turn on & the bulb will go out eventually. Did I mention it takes a long time to turn on?
