I got a sapphire 7870 xt for 235@ newegg. Aw damn... I haven't even gotten it and I'm feeling buyers regret.

Alright, I caved and bought it. I'm currently running an old setup with an E8400 overclocked to 4 GHz and a 4870 512 MB that is super loud since I have to run it at 90%+ while gaming. I kind of wanted a quieter card but at $55 more than a 7850 1 GB I thought this was probably worth it. Will probably put this in a new rig within a year so hope I am not bottleneck doesn't make it not worth it until then. Hopefully I don't have any problems with the rebate or have to RMA it. Thanks OP!

Is this worth the extra $$?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Pro...478&cm_sp= 7950 instead. You get Crysis 3 and Bioshock, instead of Tomb Raider. (I would rather have Tomb Raider than Bioshock, but both are games I want ...) |

What's the difference between this (V2E) and the V3E version for $35 more? One is PCS+ does that mean overclocked. Newegg website doesn't help much and they seem very similar. Does V2E support CrossFireX?

http://forums.extremeoverclocking...p?t=368462 The OP purchased it to Xfire with the MYST but realized it was a slower card. The MYST is a much better deal, basically a HD7930. However, it was just on sale for $209. I wish they would put it on sale again |

Just ordered one to put in an xps 8500 I picked up from the dell sale this week.
In the end I'll have a solid system including this card, 16gb ram and an I7 3770 for ~$650 before selling the promo game cards. |
