Never received the checks ordered from CITM in January.
They verified that the order was processed and shipped, but offered to print more at no cost.
I opted not to pay extra for tracking, but not sure if the outcome would have been different.

Cool story for you, bro: I was repairing an old shower in a rental - I didn't want to tear the guts out so I just needed a handle stem. None of the big-box stores had it. I was directed to this old-timey plumbing shop that the pros go to. Walked into the little shop and it was like a plumbing junkyard - stuff everywhere; dusty, wooden floors, I mean the whole setup. Showed the gray dude behind the counter my piece and he just looked at it and without even taking it said, "They made two models of those when in production... a long stem and a short stem... that looks to be the short stem..." and proceeded to walk to a wall full of thousands of little boxes. Pulled one box out, and sure enough, that piece was right there. Dude knew his stuff. Wrote my order and receipt up by hand. I knew the answer before I asked, "Do you take credit?" Guy just looked at me. Reached into my bag... checkbook. Boom. He took the check with no I.D., no questions, and I rode off into the sunset.

This happened last week.
