So, since it says one per customer, could I use 1 for myself and then have my dad use the same coupon? If so, that's a pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

Unique, as in, good for one time PERIOD, not one per customer. Wondering if OP shared a coupon tha twas sent to him individually or he purchased with PUR.

Most likely a unique code; a lot of people ended up with these in their accounts recently if a local Gamestop moved. You could also buy one with PUR points during one of the steal of the weeks. I'm assuming the OP got their code from the latter and assumed it wasn't unique.

I could be wrong though, so please correct me if I am.

This should actually read "So the industry can prevent third parties from making a profit on work they put no effort or money into". STEAM has been a great success no matter what many think. Internet access might not be universal yet but it will be very soon.
That said this is a good deal to pick up games from the rip-off stop (they pay you $25 for a game you paid 50 for and sell it for $49.99). Good riddance to Gamestop! Just sayin.....

so u hate a company because they have overhead costs? do u kno how many they sell at 50? think about the money they lose on copies that dont sell.. there is a limited window in which hey can sell the game for 50. hating something without good reason is just ignorance
