Woot.com is a participant of ShopRunner now? I had no idea.

Update: Oh, I just understood what you meant! Sorry - in no way were any of my comments supposed to be insults. I see that Woot.com does not participant in ShopRunner's service and what you meant is that you were just writing the thread information quickly and included that by accident. Thanks for posting, nonetheless! Tofu Vic Last edited by TofuVic; 03-18-2013 at 11:40 AM.. |

Is the Orochi full-sized or a "portable" sized mouse? Razer lists it as their mobile offering, so I'm not sure what that means. I've used their deathadder and naga mice before and I love those, but I'm not sure if the wireless portable version would live up to that comparison

This is a portable-sized mouse. It's definitely smaller than DeathAdder. See it next to Logitech G500 in the attached picture.
I have a fairly large palm and G500 (and DeathAdder are very comfortable for me), however the Orochi has a "domed" shape whcich seats fairly comfortably in my hand as well, just in a different way. Last edited by sleepybubba; 03-18-2013 at 01:31 PM.. |

Overall, the orochi is nice if you use a laptop(orochi's cord is short in length) and move around a lot. |

Seems like a sweet deal for a high end bluetooth companion for my laptop, thanks for the heads up!
Heads up for those looking at the keyboard: It uses blue mechanical switches, which are the loudest and give you the most physical feedback. The keyboard is also very glossy and will pickup fingerprints/palm grease. Personally, this drove me insane and I had to switch to a matte finished keyboard of a different brand. The blue backlight has 3 brightness levels and is fairly bright - can be turned off. Last edited by niftydl; 03-18-2013 at 04:43 PM.. |
