Called the adjustment center, the 1st lady claimed system down, call back later or tommorrow. She did not even try to manual anything. Told me to keep trying, maybe someone will not have an issue. I called back, same center in CO and a new Rep. Gave me a case #. I need to see this happen.

i was able to get it price matched on the phone. first they told me to go to the store. then i told them i had already been to the store and that the store told me to call. then i got transferred and told they put the credit back on my card.
edit: got an email from them too:
"Order Number: XXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
A credit in the amount of $30.00 has been applied to the order you placed on April 12, 2013. You are receiving this credit because of a price difference. "
