Got a pair. Not a bad deal, but let's be honest: there's no way it costs Thorlo $6.60 to manufacture and ship a pair of socks. Thorlo's still making money off of these socks, just not as much as they usually do
I used to religiously wear thorlo socks as far back as 20-22 years ago. I would mainly wear the tennis and running styles with a few pairs of hiking and skiing thrown in. I don't know if they changed the fabric, the manufacturing, or something else, but the quality has been on a constant decline. Newer pairs seem to have the ball of the foot wear out and the elastic in the cuff fall apart way too fast. In the past year or two, I have since switched to Nike dri-fit socks, which have seemed to hold up very well.
