I'm sorry. Though these are good prices it's not worth owning on Origin or supporting EA for that matter.
Aside from those who want Battlefield 3, its best to wait for deals on Steam copies. We've actually seen these prices for Greenman Gaming Steam copies as well as others for most of these games. |

I don't recall Spore being cheaper, which is odd given how old it is. The steam sales never cut deeper than 50% on that one.
Still passing on Origin. Digital distribution requires serious trust, or lacking that (as EA always will), much better discounts. Heck I kinda sorta trust Valve, a little, but I still wait for 75% off with them. And the harder EA pushes to get origin on my computer, the less I want it. To each their own though. |

don't forget gamefly's having a big sale this week already as well and i'd not be surprised if a steam spring sale kicked off on thursday. it's that time of year. amazon will probably have something going on too so you might want to wait the week out before jumping on something you'd prefer to have on steam that's not exclusive to ea.

Some tempting stuff here but I'm still resisting Origin/EA..
President Hugo Chávez was a hero.
Do you support safe gun use? Prove it. [convio.net] There are millions of homeless and formerly abused pets out there, and if everyone on Slickdeals donated just 5% of the money they saved here to help them, we could make a big difference. [aspca.org] |

With regard to Origin being able to be hacked it seems as though it's more of a common browser issue. See comment.

The negative EA view is only pertaining to the implementation of the game not the games themselves. I think they have a great dev staff that does care. Customer service might fail (never had to deal with them) and the DRM movement sucks. I just don't think its fair to say that the games themselves suck at least in my experience.
http://www.forbes.com/sites/inser...ic-letter/ As for the the Playstation version I will be purchasing BF4 premium (already have BF3) without any hesitation. Message me- Married_Man1106 ....I'll let you pick out my tags (: Lets play the logic game
Statement-This deal sucks Fact- There is none Conclusion- you aren't interested in this product Statement-Way too* much money Fact-Not based on the product price itself but on willingness to spend Conclusion- Doesn't believe quality is equal to the higher pricepoint. This is a subjective opinion unless he can find product cheaper or show evidence that it isn't quality. Helpfulness to people like him 3/10 Helpfulness to people like op 1/10 |
