I just did this and it worked perfectly:

Step 1:

Get a $400 GC and a free $75 GC in the following promo:

I used the e-mail version and received the codes within a minute of the purchase.

Step 2:

Call Dell Small Business and get a rep on the line (877-220-3355). Tell them about the U2713HM price on the Australian web site ($559.99, link below) and ask if they are able to match the price. They will have to get clearance from a manager but I got the price after a 5 minute wait. Some people get $599 due to the value difference between US and Australian currency, but many get the same price.

Use the $475 of GC you just bought and a CC to get the rest. The result is a U2713HM for the price of a higher end Korean model, complete with warranty. Enjoy!
