I got it. When I called, I told the automated system: "Purchase A Monitor." I then said "Business", more than 10 employees, less than 500 employees. They matched at $559. I also added a 5 year warranty (extended by 2 years) for $80, even though for some reason my final invoice seems to reflect $55.09 for the warranty extension. (Perhaps the monitor was priced lower than $559 and the warranty was priced at the full $80.) I applied both gift cards. Really happy! Good luck, folks!

I got $599. basically 25% off. However, did get expedited shipping for free as a consolation.

Did just what OP said
1. filled out the form for the $400 plus $75 gift card, ready to pull trigger.
2. Called and mentioned monitor. Waited for manager override.
3. $599, some more haggling, no budging. Got the expedited shipping.

Done, no more 2 monitors of 24 inch. Out the door $573.

How long does the giftcards take to process?

I believe if you choose the email selection, the giftcards will be processed immediately and be in your inbox.

I chose email, but I'm still waiting =/ I hope that AU pricing doesn't go away since this deal is contingent on the AU price.

The guy I spoke to at Dell Business sent me an email quote and asked me to reply with the link to their Australian website. I have a feeling it was a ploy to just get me off the phone. I'll probably have to call back again and try to speak with someone else. No luck so far.

Yesterday, after asking the salesman to pricematch the AUS site (I told him I wanted to buy two)... he talked to the manager, came back and reconfirmed that I wanted two and that he could pricematch the $559 price. Not sure if asking for two had anything to do with it. I had to get a different address and when I called back they were closed.

The next day I talked to someone different. At first he said the best he could do was $599, but then I told him yesterday they quoted me $559.... then he said OK.
