$15 off two $50 Visa Gift Cards at Safeway / Vons (Expires 4/3/13) = $5.10 profit after fees
Through 4/2/13, when you buy two $50 MetaBank Visa gift cards at Safeway (presumably Vons too) you save $15 off instantly. You must add this offer to your card using JustForU starting 3/20/13.
Purchase must be in one transaction, and one $15 per transaction. JustForU coupon states "one time use".
There is an activation fee of $4.95 on each card, which results in a $5.10 profit for the two cards.
These Visa gift cards do not have any additional monthly fees after purchasing. They have an expiration date on them, often 2019-2021 (shown on the card), but you can call and have a new one issued for free if yours expires and still has a balance.

Only other info available right now is:
- Must add the offer to your card using JustForU
- While supplies last
- Must be in one transaction, one $15 per transaction
- Subject to fees (activation)

Thanks for the heads up, we will have to see if there is/what the activation fee is on these, it could still be worthwhile. Gotta love these deals with a high rate cashback card (for example, Amex Preferred 6% at Safeway).
Note for using credit on these: Depending on the pre-paid card you are buying, some may require cash payment only (cash/debit). It will note this on the card, near the activation fee cost. Not sure what the deal with this one is, but I've run into both in the past.
