Some people might want 2 and so this would be a good deal for them. I just bought 2 off ebay from buydig a couple days ago. I wish I could have saved $12.

I don't care much for BuyDig(aka Beach Camera), and they don't appear to be an authorized dealer. So don't count on tech support, or a warranty from Foscam.us.

Even when one does purchase from an authorized dealer foscam.us, still treats purchasers like second class customers. I guess in this case buying from Buydig would be more like steerage.

Maybe technical support wouldn't be in great demand if they hadn't developed such horrible software for the cameras. The Foscam cameras are very nice with great features but the software is amateur stuff.

I've heard that Blue Iris is a good alternative. I'm not one to go out of my way to pay for software but in this case it seems like a must.

I wouldn't get these since these have the OLDER hardware and does not have wireless N. Also, your firmware cannot be updated to the latest firmware for the FI8910w beccause it has VNT board instead or FR4202 board. Since you can't upgrade the the latest firmware then the encryption is seen in plain clear text.See below from there site:
