Original Post

Shipped free!
Entire List of Vibrams on sale! [6pm.com]

Special notes:
Sprints 31.99 [6pm.com]
Classics $34.99 [6pm.com]
Bikilas for $39.99 $5 off last few weeks and my personal favorite [6pm.com]
Bikilas LS $44.99 amazing price with free shipping [6pm.com]

Please remember wash very often to fight the Vibram funk or wear Injinji's which REI has been blowing out lately! [rei.com]
Also these shoes are not for everyone, no matter what anyone tells you. You take it easy in these at the start, do not put em on and try to run a couple miles, you will regret it.
If you enjoy being barefoot at home or in the yard, then these may be a great option for you to relearn how to run/walk.
You will want to get a foam roller if you plan on running in these it will help you tremendously... I swear by it.

Reps to the last poster who had the more expensive deal!

Well, you win some, you lose some.
I got in on their sale at the end of Feb and got the Bikila LS for $50 and now they're $45. And 6pm doesn't price match Frown

Still, I do like the Bikila LS's and would recommend them.
some credit cards have price protection... $5 bucks is 5 bucks...right... LOL

I remember the first time I saw someone wearing them was at Bonnaroo (the music festival if you are unaware) in 2007 or 2008. Was very impressed with them and wanted a pair, but unfortunately, for those of us with wide feet, these are not the best option.

The LS or laced versions are for people with wider feet or higher arch. According to Vibram that is. I have the original KomodoSports (now called the KMD sport) and Just ordered some Bakilas LS. Hoping to get some Maiori's for surfing and beach fun this summer!

The LS versions (speed laces) are supposed to be for wider feet or higher arches. The laces allow a little more custom fit.
How does that work? I can't even get my foot into the LS versions I have tried on but the hook and loop ones I can (Same size and style)

According to the calculator I should buy 1-1.5 sizes smaller than measured at the shoe store? My socks don't account for that differential.
Did the shoe store have measurements specifically for the Vibrams? I measured at home, I got 43 from the size chart. Tried on size 43 in store, and that was the correct fit.

If you tried them on in store, then clearly go by that then.

I ordered a pair of KMD Sports M42 (former slickdeal) about 2 weeks ago and they were slightly small. I just resold them on Ebay for a profit. Now, I just bought a pair of Bikilas @ the right size and a pair of some other kind for my gf. Just want to try something different than the KSOs personally.

I've put hundreds of miles on my 2 year old KSO's and I don't see how they will wear out, short of wearing a hole through the heel or something.

....ramble/..... ramble.......

just want to get these and try em out for my marathon training. WUT

Measured my foot and it's telling me I'm a 42 in women's and a 41 in men's (between 10.4 inches on the right foot, 10.5 inches on the left foot). Does that sound about right? Do men's sizes really fit a whole size bigger? I'm looking at the Bikila LS and the men's one is $5 cheaper than the women's.

There are so many models!! Embarrassment Which ones do you guys recommend for outdoor sports (baseball, cricket)? It mostly involves small distance sprints on grassed surface, but most of the time you are stationary waiting for the ball to come your way.

For people that own these...

Did your toes have to get adjusted to the split toe style? I feel like that's the only downside I had when trying on the shoes yesterday. I loved how it felt like I had nothing on my feet, but just felt like my toes were out of whack. Maybe 43 was still too big of a size? I tried on the KMD style (you can the pull strap to adjust the fit around your ankles).

I really, really, really want to like these shoes...they're so versatile.

These are awesome, I would buy except the KSO's I bought like 6 years ago are still holding up.

Both of these.

I'm training for a marthon with these, I've put about 100 miles on my first pair, and there is almost zero wear and tear on 'em. I jumped at another pair at these prices. I'm guessing I won't have to buy another pair of running shoes until mid 2014 at the earliest, and for you runners - you KNOW that's a slick deal!
