Logitech Harmony 700 Advanced Universal Remote (Refurb) $54.99 + FS via eBay DD

Why spend so much money on a remote when you can spend less than $25 for a URC WR7 that works very well and doesn't need to be charged all the time? Maybe that's why Logitech is getting out of this business.

FYI:

It looks as the only remotes Logitech is offering is the Touch (12) and the 650 (5), everything else is discontinued. There should be new models coming out soon, I don't see any with RF support. Even the LINK was discontinued, so no more Phone or Tablet remotes. I just picked up a cheap (Refurb) LINK and I really like it. If I saw this, I would have got the 700 as I needed to add one more device and the 650 only allows 5.

Trying to choose between this refurb or a new 650 at Radio Shack for ~$50 (after $10 coupon)...

There is also a $10 Mail-In Rebate [highspeedbackbone.net] on it.

It doesn't list the eBay store as an accepted retailer, but all TigerDirect eBay orders are processed through the same order system as TigerDirect.com.

They are assigned a standard TigerDirect Order #.

When you receive your item, it will have a packing slip with an Order #, just as if you ordered it online.

Per the rebate terms: Copy of Receipt/Invoice or Packing List is acceptable.

You should get a packing list. Also, if you call TigerDirect and speak with a sales associate, they should be able to pull up a PDF copy of your invoice and e-mail it to you.

NOTE: I'm not guaranteeing this, although I think there's a high probability you can get the $10 rebate if you put in the work.
