Note that Saveology makes you call a phone number and speak with a representative to get the cards mailed out to you, and of course they try to sell you other things while they have you. It's extra slimy because they don't mention you have to call until after you've completed the purchase. They're more trouble than they're worth.

I think it's to get you to sign up for their text service. They're giving you a bonus. But now that I think about it, I believe I signed up for a $10 Burger King gift card from them for $5 like a year and a half ago that they never sent. But I did get a couple of Domino's gift cards from them months back. So it's clear they're pretty hit or miss.
