There is a checkbox button on the Dyns page. Just uncheck it before you let the camera connect to internet. If you didn't, change your password immediately after you did it, otherwise someone could have captured it.

Punch a small hole in the ceiling/sheet rock near the camera, and feed the wire power plug through it, so the transformer plugs in somewhere in the attic.

Ok upgraded to new firmware. Got another question now, is there supposed to be sound, cause i cant get any sound from it, got it hooked to my computer and using the GUI i cant get anything, also tried it on tinycam monitor pro, no sound, but i can talk on my phone to it and hear sound from the camera.
