Asia honeymoon in April, Help!

Hello fellow SD'ers!

Long story short, we were suppose to go on our honeymoon in December but we decided to hold off because we just bought our house. I looked at prices then and it was around 1K from Portland, OR to bangkok.

We are deciding to go last minute because I just got laid off so we have time now to travel before I find my next job. We would like to visit a few countries since we are already over there. Any suggestions?

So far from kayak.com: PDX (4/4/13) to HKG(4/8/13) to BKK(4/18/13) to PDX for 1392. The dates I have is from 4/4-4/18, but we are very flexible on those dates if it is cheaper. Since its around 2 weeks, is two countries okay? We don't want to spend too much time traveling around.

Please also let me know of any must eat/see places.
