Sorry this going to be long if you want to think again before buy and LG product.
I THINK TWICE BEFORE BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT AGAIN, I BUY THE TOP OF THE LINE 3D LG TV (60PZ950) AND AFTER THE MAIN BOARD REPLACED AND TWO OTHER BOARDS THAT THE TECH TRIED TO SEE IF THAT SOLVE THE ISSUE, THEY CAN NOT BE ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE TV.
Now they want me to pay for a technician to come home again to check what is wrong with the TV, Of course I said NO why I’m going to pay for another visit when the LG technician cannot be able to solve the problem in two previous visits.
I spoke to the supervisor and he told me that the tech reported the problems was solved, I’m almost sure the supervisor LIE.
I have to say that they replaced my 6 pairs of 3D Glasses because the ones they sold with the TV have problems, But that cost me at least 5 calls to the LG customer service and 5 or 6 emails.
WHY DO I HAVE TO CONTACT LG CUSTOMER SERVICE SO MANY TIMES AROUND 12 TIMES BTWEN CALLS AND EMAILS WHEN THEY KNOW THAT THE 3D GLASSES FW.63 SHIPPED WITH THE TV OR BUY AT ANY DISTRIBUTOR STORE HAS PROBLEMS.
The sad thing is that I have few LG products that I have to keep it until they die so I replaced with another brand.
I have an LG refrigerator also and the service the technician coming with the front display and Main board because I have problems with the refrigerator too, the display came with a broken plastic that I have to glued with epoxy but was to the inside and that part does not have any vital function that affect.
They also replace the main board and one hour after the tech leave the refrigerator STOP WORKING and before the problem were the front display only but anyway they replace the main board too, CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY REPLACE A GOOD BOARD THAT WAS WORKING WITH ONE THAT IS BAD.
Thanks that I asks the technician if he can leave the old parts he check the order and doesn’t ask to return the old parts, he leave my original board, I replaced the board and the refrigerator start working again.
That is why I’m done with the LG products,
They are pretty and looks modern BUT
I think they are still the same GOLD STAR products of the 80s that nobody buys because they lack quality.

I've had this TV for a year now in the living room. This TV does well with glare compared to the LM6700's & LM7600's.

LG TVs decent price decent product. No complaints.

That is good to know. I currently have a lm7600 and the glare is terrible. The only thing that saves it is the ability turn up the brightness. Was afraid the plasma would have the same glare without the ability to turn it up as bright.

How would you compare the picture to the lm7600? I think the lm7600 has a gorgeous picture, kind of doubt a plasma at this price can even come close but we shall find out soon enough.
