Still can't process the payment via PayPal, says something like:
The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.

Tried two different card to no avail. Seems they do not have it in stock - has anybody bought this thing recently?
I had this issue yesterday and was frantically calling customer support so i wouldn't miss the deal. Turns out paypal likes to put Holds on your cards even if you checkout as a guest. Spoke to another rep and he said "Its a bug in the system", asked to be transferred to a supervisor and he fixed the problem.

Basically create a member in paypal, add card, call customer support, speak to supervisor.

I hate paypal...

Just grabbed this, as a lifetime LCD user I was blown away that this uses about 460* watts....so much for running it on solar panels at the campground! Wink

Scanned through the posts and didn't see anyone ask such a stupid questions as the one I'm about to ask. Here goes.
Do you have to wear the 3d glasses all the time or can you just watch the tv like a conventional hd tv?
Thanks in advance, stop making fun of me, I'm telling your mom!

It is a regular 2d tv. You do not every have to use the 3d feature if you do not want to.

A few posts from different sites say that the Samsung Active 3D glasses work. The one with replaceable battery sell for around $20. There is also a rechargeable pair. I am going to use my credit card points to get a couple of the Samsung 3D active glasses with replaceable battery after my 60PM6700 arrives.
Can you please share link to rechargeable one at BB or amazon?

Nope. Some say the 5100's are lighter. They look more comfortable also. Ordered a pair to try. TV should be here thursday.

Energy Star tag has this rated at $37/year. That is at the bottom of the range for sets in this class.
