Today (21st march) I received an email from Atlus stating P4G (US version, No JP dub/sub) is $10 OFF EVERYWHERE (in US and Canada) FOR 2 WEEKS ONLY!

Some of the featured retailers on the link above still show the $40 price tag, so (high chance) the site hasn't been updated.. or (low chance) they are not participating (unlikely since they mentioned everywhere). Might be available in stores too, so if you're looking to pick up in store YMMV.
