I believe that Dell refers to their 1366 x 768 laptop screens as "HD" and the 1920 x 1080 screens as "Full HD". Then they intentionally do not mention what the actual resolution is.

Yeah, this doesn't come with 1080p, or even 900p. Very irritating. Nearly every Dell laptop that I know of seems to be missing something important that isn't that hard to add on! Why Blu-ray? Why a dedicated graphics card without full HD? No one who buys this will ever need 2GB of dedicated video memory. Who's behind all of this?
Meanwhile we're seeing Lenovo pack in dual Nvidia 650m GPUs onto their 15.6" laptops, whereas Dell's Alienware M14x lineup is a joke, still rocking a single 650m while being thicker and heavier with a 1366×768 screen at a higher cost! |

The previous 15R Special Edition machines were a much better value. Better graphics card and 1080p.
