Didn't have to ask for anything, no. It was automatic.

Just got back from BB in Milpitas, CA and everything went without a hitch. PM to 399.99, total = 437.49 inc tax and recycling. Great deal!

this is an excellent deal. Had this tablet but realize a few things. The quality control is really bad. INSPECT your unit well before living bestbuy so u can get an exchange on the spot. i replace mind 6 times yesss 6 time. if you search online u will know of this problem. Screen separation is a issue with this unit. Scratched from manufacture aswell. Dead pixels and REALLY bad light leakage.

Another issue which cannot be fix is that tegra 3 even at 1.8ghz (overclock) couldn't handle games well at this resolution (1920x1200) TF300 which i also have feel much smoother and is due to the lower resolution.

Another issue is NAND memory bottleneck the machine. if you are doing anything in the background the OS becomes laggy. just like playing a games at 60fps and drops down to 20fps. Example, while is downloading and updating your apps, the tablet will use the NAND MEMORY. your machine becomes laggy until it finished if you decide to use it for something else while living the updating in the background. nexus 7 doesnt have this problem cause it uses a different NANDd.

but again this is an excellent price.

Just got back from BB over lunch and it went off w/o a hitch. They matched the price from OD.com, and had the keyboard on sale for $99. It stayed that way during the whole checkout, right up until it said the cashier needed to press the final total key before I swiped my card. Thought for sure I would be buying this at $500 and returning it tomorrow, but as soon as he hit total, it dropped to $399 + tax. W00t!

Was an easy transaction in Lynnwood, WA store. Cashier first said he wasn't sure it would remove the price of the keyboard with a price match, but it did. $437.00 with tax. I figured I would buy now and decide if I want it later.

Let me simpllify this,I got it to work..this is the easiest way.
Go to Best Buy,tell them you want to get the transformer pad infinity and the keyboard dock for it. Then at checkout say that you're doing a price match with office depot for $100 off,then then $100 sale adjust will happen and the system will automatically stack the dock for free. Best buy isnt supposed to have both a price match and their promotion bundled,if you take it to a big manager,they will deny. If the sales associate just calles for a regular manager,chances are you will be fine.

THIS ONLY WORKS FOR THE GREY COLOR,SO DONT TRY THE CHAMPAGNE

He said okay, we can pricematch it.

I then said "good, I want to get the keyboard too".
Then he said "the keyboard is an extra $149"
Well, I showed him the OP's receipt and he said "No, we can't double dipping! You either get $100 off the tablet or $499 w/includes tablet & keyboard but not booth!"

I then just walked away

or you could have been smart, just not said anything and gave the cashier the keyboard to ring up on the same order.

You should have read all the posts before go to BB and asking the blue shirt.
If the tablet and the keyboard are still avail. and you still want them. Just go back, ask for the price-match, add the keyboard and say no more.

Not as smooth as others. I got it to work at the 2nd BB store I visited. First store, the keyboard dock rang up at $149.99, but had a sign up for $99. The blue shirt PM'ed the tablet to Office Depot without issue and then deducted the $50 for the keyboard as well. When he tried to total the transaction, it errored out and he asked for a manager who indicated that he could not PM and give the bundle offer. It's one or the other.

2nd store. The keyboard rang up $149.99 and again the blue shirt remembered the sign for $99. I told him to forget about it and that I was PM'ing Office Depot. Luckily, when the manager came to okay the PM, she was distracted by another customer and didn't notice the total. The blue shirt did a double take along with his coworker when the total price came up, but let it go through. This is a definitely aYMMV deal, but with some luck, you can have a great tablet at a hot price.

Worked at Inver Grove Heights, got the last one at the store.
Calling in for stock doesn't work, they said they had none - Just go in to the store to check.

The Manager who came by said that they should only be price matching in-store prices, but he was pretty young and just shrugged it off after a few moments.

Maybe the manager should brush up the new price match policy.

Only matching "in-store" prices wasn't cutting it. If they kept on that path, they would be going out of business.

I was pretty skeptical of this deal but it worked like a charm.

I just found a blue shirt, asked if the tablet and dock were in stock, blue shirt confirmed they were. Told him the tablet was only $399 at office depot and asked him to match it. He checked officedepot.com himself, grabbed both items, scanned them in, took $100 off the tablet and bam the total was $423.99.

I was watching the toal change and after he took off the $100 the total was still something like $560 and I thought to myself "crap it didn't work; how am I gonna get out of this.". But after I declined the service plan he must have hit sonmething to finalize the order and THEN the total fell down to $423.99! I actually even felt a little nervous at this point like he would maybe notice and say something or call a manager but I swiped my credit card as fast as possible and was out of there.

My fiance and I both got one from two different stores. After the manager approved the price match, I gave the keyboard to the clerk and he rang it up and the price was automatically deducted from the total. $438.99 with CA recycling fee and LA sales tax. Thanks OP.
