This is very YMMV. I went to my local target and was practically laughed at for trying to price match to k-mart.

I did This is obviously very much YMMV, but worth a shot. even if it was 15 for the puppy car, and 11 for the table, thats still the best price around.

I had the EXACT same issue. Went to Target and got REJECTED because the lady said they don't match K-mart. And then I asked where does it claim that, and she pointed to the sign on the wall, that says Target only matches Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, ToysRUs/BabiesR Us, etc....but NO Kmart.

local competitor? tell them to stop being jerks and call them on the phone if they have to. check the online PM rules!

Yeah this lady was a jerk. She acted like she knew the Target rules like the bible.

Since my local Kmart doesn't seem to have the table in stock, anyone know what the other store (Walmart, BabiesRUs) policies are when it comes to price matching and using manufacturers coupon after that?

I could go try to find this table at those stores instead.

I can't seem to find anything.. damn lady had the balls to tell me they don't price match with kmart because target gives kmart their secondhand items. Hahaha

Went to Target tonight, they priced match without a problem. I got the Love to learn Puppy,the musical table and the Stride to Ride puppy. All the coupons worked except the Fisher Price manufacturers 10.00 coupon for the table. It scanned as an invalid coupon. All 3 for 25.73 plus tax.

My Target doesn't match Kmart price.

Local means same city, metropolitan or rural area. No Kmarts around here anymore and can't match online.

I got the ride on dog with both coupons , the table he rang in 24.49, not 21.49 and the computer would only allow 1 coupon on it. Then I got the popping toy that he pm'd to 12.49 but he only rang in one of my coupons and not both. So I paid $30 for 3 things, but I think I'm gonna return the table. I really don't need it. Already have one.

I called my nearest Target to check on their price match to Kmart. I am told they were doing pricematch during holidays and dont do that anymore to any other store/online.
