This is the same type of kit (arguably better, being a 3M kit) that is used at most quick service shops and dealerships for a "fuel system cleaning" service typically billed at a lot more than this. $15 is a good price for this product, similar price to a high quality bottle of in-tank cleaner alone, and 3M does not put their brand on an inferior product.
Having said that it is still a somewhat dubious value. The intake system cleaner is similar to using Seafoam and while it may produce some impressive smoke, there is not really much that can be wrong that this product can actually fix. Throttle body cleaner has its place but if yours is not giving you problems it is also not something to go messing around with - you'll be tinkering around delicate sensors that are best left alone. And the in-tank injector cleaners won't accomplish much more than sticking with quality gasoline.
Just my .02 but the average person is just as likely to create some headache trying to use this product which greatly outweighs any potential benefit. You might damage a sensor, knock something loose, tear a hose or break an old clamp trying to do this "service".
I don't see it as a worthwhile investment, unless you are looking at it as a $15 can of high quality in-tank cleaner + a can of throttle body cleaner to use later.
In which case $15 is a pretty good price, which is why I up this deal.
But I would not buy it expecting to see any it fix any real problems.
