The B&H one includes Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac as an option for FREE. That's a good deal. Love Parallels on my MacBook Pro (running Win8 for work purposes).

If you are running Mountain Lion you can set up a Fusion Drive, something to think about if you have two hard drives. Just Google how to do it.

I got a mid-2011 Mac Mini model (MC816LL/A) for $459 brand new in the box with the 10% off Ebay coupon that some folks are getting.
Though the processor is a little bit weaker than this newer 2012 model, the graphics are a significant step up. (Dedicated Radeon HD 6630M vs Intel 4000 Shared).

I'm pretty happy with this decision, though I wish I would have gotten in on the Best Buy deal for the same model at $399 + tax...(I'm pretty sure that's exactly what my seller did. :-P)

Yeah, that's the deal I got at Best Buy last week on clearance. I found one unit left online 2 hours away from my hometown. When I picked it up they had somehow managed to swap out my model# MC816LL/A for the MD387LL/A for the same $399 clearance price so I didn't complain! Funny on my receipt under the space where it says model# they had keyed in headphones? Now I'm bummed if it's true that while this one is the newer latest model, the graphics card is not dedicated & somehow worse than the one in the MC816LL/A

Because my Best Buy receipt doesn't list the correct model# or really any model# for that matter, will I have problems in the future for instance with the warranty or getting it serviced since I can't technically prove this MD387LL/A was the one bought online or cuz it doesn't match up with the model# I purchased online! I ask only cause I returned my online order at the pickup counter so I could re-purchase using my rz certificates & $100 in some viggle Best Buy gift cards & pay the bal in cash! The receipt says headphones but does list a Mac mini i5 500gb 2.5GHz under the description. Thanks!

Unfortunately, it is true: The model you purchased has a worse graphics chip than the older, mid-2011 model (MC816LL/A). Your processor is a little faster and you have USB 3.0, so not all is lost, but that is the reason why I went with the older model.

The price you paid is still amazing for what you are getting. I wouldn't feel upset, especially if you don't use any graphic-intensive applications.

As for the warranty, don't worry about it: It is tied to the serial number of your machine. From what I have read, you don't even need a receipt. (Someone correct me if I am wrong.)
