Awesome, no tax in CA caught my eye. My $50 hoover I got in college died several weeks ago. I was looking for a Dyson, so this fit the bill.

Called costco and unit is priced at 369 minus 70 discount. Item is discontinued and my store had none.

Ive owned this for a few months. Here is my review:

The detachable handle vacuum SUCKS (in a bad way), and that is my favorite part of owning vacuums. It doesn't seem very powerful, but even worse, it isnt very maneuverable. It literally knocks over your vacuum if you try to extend it. The tubes just aren't elastic enough. And it whistles if at a bad angle because the tube close off. It isn't worth half the asking price. You are paying for the brand name.

Costco had them online, but I waited too long. It came back for one day, but I missed that too. The price was $299 after the $70 instant coupon, plus tax, plus S&H of $11.99.

I got a DC41 I think? A few weeks ago when it was on woot. I LOVE IT. I can't believe I waited so long to get a Dyson.
