Anyone know how cash back works? Do they refund the amount to your credit card or paypal account?

I was just able to buy but I don't see XCOM in my email/order. It was still on the order page when I added to cart. Am I missing something?
I chose Spec Ops and $14 cash back... that's like Bioshock Infinite, XCOM:EU, and Spec Ops for $15 each, insane! I've been meaning to get those three exactly anyway. |

"XCOM: Enemy Unknown keys will be distributed before the 26th March." I haven't received any info about XCOM either, but maybe it will come with our Bioshock Infinite keys. |

XCOM code
So I'm assuming they will send out XCOM codes to us in the near future...at least I hope. XCOM isn't in my e-mail receipt either. >.< |

I bought it with the Civ V bundle and chose cash back.
Received my Civ V and Bioshock keys instantaneously. E-mailed receipt doesn't show cash back or xcom. |

I preordered initially when the site was getting hammered. I backed out since it had problems. Tried again and it said I had already purchased Bioshock Infinite and Bioshock and only gave me the darkness 2 game and no mention of the credit.

Originally wasn't gonna preorder Bioshock, but Gamespot's interview with Ken Levine sold me. Definitely check it out if you have time.
