30" IPS CrystalPro Monitor WQHD 2560x1600 Display Port|HDMI|DVI|Component w/Adjustable stand [monoprice.com]

30" IPS Pro Monitor WQHD 2560x1600 DVI w/Adjustable stand [monoprice.com]

27" IPS LED CrystalPro Monitor WQHD 2560x1440 [monoprice.com]

3 models above, one has all inputs and the other is just a barebones DVI. 27inch is also in stock now!(Edit: OOS again =(

Insane price for a 30inch IPS, and the panel inside is from a "LOWER GRADE" Apple Cinema/HP/Dell. These are grade A-/A panels while Apple/Dell/HP All have A/A+ panels. Get them while they're hot as the 27 inch is already sold out.

Use coupon catalog12 to lower the price noted on the top.

Here's a guy who ordered the DVI only version. Although Monoprice says it's glossy, he says the one he received is NOT glossy, but infact matte.

I'm on the fence about this vs a korean one (crossover 30q5). About $100 dollar difference. Hmmm

Check the post I just linked. A guy bought the DVI only version and it was not glossy. Maybe the multi-input version is glossy while the DVI only is matte? Apparently not enough people have purchased so we can get a good consensus.

Also, if the multi-input version is indeed just a clone of the Crossover 3020 that someone had stated, that has a matte finish as well.

Does any of you guys had to buy a dual link adapter to be able to use this monitor (the one with dual link DVI support only). im using a MSI 7970 power edition graphic card and i couldnt bring up anything on the monitor even the BIOS setting.

this is the link to my graphic card http://us.msi.com/product/vga/R79...-3GD5.html

I know it clearly says that it only support 2 single link DVI and 4 mini displayport. But i just wan to make sure if anyone was able to run this monitor without an adapter. Because i dont feel its worth it to buy a 99$ adapter ( mini displayport to dual link DVI).

Wow that's mad weak, they used DVI Dual Link connectors on the card, but they only support single link functionality. You're SOL if that's your exact card, it's limited to the resolutions shown (1920x1200) for the DVI connectors. What a heap of crap, that's a majorly high end card to not support it. My 4870x2 has true dual link connectors, of course it doesn't have a crapload of display port adapters either. You really might be better off to either sell that video card and buy one that has true dual links or return the screen and get the one with displayport input. A mini to fullsize displayport cable is cheap.

Hey gamers, there will be significant input lag on this monitor and ghosting on this monitor. I used to run dual 670's on a Dell U3011 and it was slow going. I'm not pro gamer but playing only with my buddies, my reaction time was significantly slower.

FYI, just got the 30" with multiple inputs. Attachment shows the screen in comparison to a Dell 2007FP. It's slightly more glossy than that Dell, but definitely still what I would call a matte screen.

Also, it only has 1 HDMI port, not 2 as indicated in the Monoprice photos.

Nice monitor, a slight blue banding in one area on a full white screen, but not bad. No dead pixels I can see.

Edit: Oh, and it will slightly overclock, it seems to run fine at 2560x1600 32bit @72hz, Nvidia custom resolutions didn't work at any higher refresh I tried

Any more review on this? How does it compare to the Dell 3008wfp? Is it glossy?

Got mine yesterday but had some issues with my new h220 so i couldnt use my pc lol.

Didnt take into consideration of my space with my 3 monitor stand lol. Since I had an existing 27 inch already. The thing is huge. I had to switch my old 27 inch to vertical which is nice for view full pages though Smilie

I only had 2 tiny dead pixels I notice so far so not so bad.
GW2 look amazing on it.
Seeing the 2560x1600 next to 1920x1080 just makes the 1920x1080 look so sad lol

I dont really notice to much delay playing crisis but it could just me my old eyes and not being a pro fpser :p

Its definitely not LED but LED Backlit which I am not sure if I love that part. the preintalled base is very sturdy and well built for anyone who plans to use it. I happen to have it on tri monitor stand.
The odd part of this is that my minitor worked in the DVI-I port but not the DVI-D port. maybe the video card is labeled backwards lol

FALSE! These are not glossy. I got my two today and they are matte finish, no dead pixels. And the stands are surprisingly good... (height, tilt, rotate)

False again! No input lag and no ghosting. Played MW and BF at max settings and they work perfect.

Any lag would be from a card that can't drive the pixel count.
