Okkk, now this is awesome. I love Akira Kurosawa. If you've never seen any of his films DO IT! Well worth it. Seven Samurai, Yojimbo, and Sanjuro are awesome. I have a lot I need to watch though.

wow this is amazing, if you haven't seen 7 samurai yet you have to see it. It's amazing, the classic.

As much as I love old samurai movies (especially the Zatoichi films), I don't believe I have ever seen a Kurosawa film. I might have watched one during IFC's "Samurai Saturdays" a long time ago, but I can't remember.
Can't stream these, but I would sure like to see them. I'll end up buying them all at some point down the line, so I suppose I can wait a while longer. |
