That seems like a pretty good price for those seasons. I am not sure how low they have gone (would have to check ccc) but I remember when right before Season Three came out that I was looking to buy the first two and they weren't this price anywhere. I waited a while hoping for a better price and ended up paying around $14.99 to $19.99 ea. for them.
Three had a good discount on it after it came out though so I got lucky with that. $9.99 is awesome though. Rumors for a bit were that we might see an Uncle Ruckus movie; hopefully we see a Season Four from Aaron sometime soon. EDIT: And now I am disappointed that I forgot to bring my copies back with me from vacation last month, because I want to watch the show again... |

 But supposedly they are going to make new episodes soon. What they are making is a live action uncle ruckus movie
