Picked one up in Henderson Nevada (last one on shelf)....floor assistant said 16 more will arrive on 4-6, 4-7

Upgrading from Denon 3312ci. I owned Pioneer before that and was very pleased with the sound. It took me a while to warm up to the Denon, hopefully this Pio will crush it for me, or it will be returned.
Please let me know how it works out for you, I have the same setup and waiting to see if I should keep it or not. I still have it new in box, bought it the next day after OPs posting.

None in Richmond, Fredericksburg, Woodbridge, or Newport News VA. All say it is in the system and should have received on 3/22 - 3/23 but not in the store at this time.

These are getting harder to find now that the eBay resale vultures are circling. All gone in San Diego.

That's too bad. These ebay sellers must be desperate for tiny profits. Can't see expending that much effort to make so little.

I would definitely look elsewhere. Klipsch horns are notoriously edgy and fatiguing, especially when pushed. Not even close to neutral sounding or musical IMHO. Gotta go with their THX certified and higher models to get better quality IMHO.

If you want a good starter system, try HSU Research on the web. Their monitors look like they're similar to Klipsch designs, but they're just wave-guided dome tweeters and have a smoother sound and can play in fairly large rooms (within reason, of course). Fairly efficient and easy to drive with a receiver. And you can get a really good subwoofer for the money with their package deals. Don't know what your budget is, but their Hybrid 15 deal includes an excellent bang vs. buck 15" subwoofer. You can add more speakers if you want a complete 7 or 9 channel system.

Another couple well regarded online sellers are Ascend Acoustics and Aperion Audio. Couple with an HSU, SVS, Rythmik, or similar sub.

I'm gonna have my sister pick one up since she lives up that way and visits every so-often. Unfortunately they don't have anything down here in "dunk city".

Was about to pull the trigger on the Aperion Grand 7.1 system. Would feel more comfortable about the purchase with an endorsement from a stranger if you have one.
