"if" you want to ship to home? is there another option? cause if so, i dont see it. "in store pickup not available."
not seeing how this is a deal when shipping costs the same as the game...
yeah i agree. i noticed later there was no ship to store option. you can only do a in store pick up but then you are not able to use coupons. I did not purchase anything because of cost of shipping. If you get over 25 dollars then you can get free shipping. i think code is SAVER
Have not had that problem myself in all my time playing 3 and GOWJ online. You must have bad luck.
Maybe it's just Live in general, but I never heard that degree of insulting bullsh!t playing Halo online. Yeah you get the teenagers yelling and calling everyone fags and such, but it was the (clearly) adult voices that bothered me.
I mean I'm not a black homosexual man, but if I was I might take offense at what they called me and wanted to put in my butt, then take it out and make me eat it. I am not kidding. I had to figure out how to mute other players in the game, I never had to do it before. But each new game brought new assholes. Was just easier to ditch the headphone in the long run, but that makes team play harder.
The worst time was when I was home sick for a couple days with the flu and played during the day. It was all adults (kids at school I guess) screaming at me about how they were going to rape my ass for days. Do they allow prison inmates to play GOW? It was worse than anything I ever heard on Oz or in other prison shows/movies.
Anyway, still great games. Just guard your bunghole, bro!
Another fun fact.... I never heard any of that sh!t when playing late at night, after midnight. I guess all the angry dudes couldn't scream into the mike after their kids went to bed.
These are both great games. The storytelling in 2 had me impressed, and the original is a classic for the 360 imo. I will mention that online play in 2 is not worth it, Horde is where it's at. 3 is the best for online play, albeit it is very time sensitive so close calls often go one way or another.
I just rented Judgment from redbox this weekend. Beat the campaign in one session (about 4-5 hours on normal difficulty, maybe? I was waiting for a friend to get on). For 2 dollars, it was completely worth it. The game looks great and the declassified missions give a unique challenge and force you to use weapon combos you probably wouldn't use on your own. That said, I never played any online, which is where most of the bad reviews seem to be coming from.
I received mine yesterday. Both cases were pretty well crushed in two corners, but the discs are intact. Gears 2 came in original case with artwork and manual, which is better than I could have hoped for.
