Thanks and rep'd! So when they talk about "programmable", they're only talking about setting it to brew at a specific time right? I'm getting mine for a small office, so can't imagine using that feature. NOT a coffee drinker by the way so don't know anything about them. Hoping the B40 will serve my (others) coffee needs. I take it Kohl's isn't the best place to buy kcups? What is a good flavor/brand that would be popular in an office setting? Also, I'm buying in bulk those little 8oz water bottle from Sam's club. Do the Kcups come in different sizes like 8oz or 10oz?

For small office use, don't bother with programmable features. But reservoir size is important - people will need to refill the 48 oz B40/B60 more often than the larger 60 oz reservoir on the B70. Depending upon how many cups will be brewed, you may need to consider a commercial model that has a water supply line (similar to a refrigerator icemaker) along with heavier-duty construction. The B40/B60/B70 home models are made of plastic and will wear more quickly than a commercial model. Some commercial models also have useful features like automated discard of the used k-cup into a bin that allows consecutive brewing of several dozen cups without attention.
You're opening a can of worms with regards to the brands and flavors available. When we had a Keurig in our office, we kept about a dozen different selections including regular and decaf. The most popular was Donut Shop, with Dark Magic and Breakfast Blend as runner-ups.
K-cups are a single size pod. The sizes (8 / 10 / 12 oz) simply refer the amount of water that passes through the k-cup, depending upon the size of your coffee cup and preference. Best place to shop for k-cups varies by who is having a sale. Kohl's, Amazon and Staples periodically have sales, although they're getting harder to find. Recently I've found the best deals using Staples $25 off $75/$100 coupons.
