Long answer...for Halo 4, the 2 map packs are about 1GB and Spartan Ops 6-10 are 2.21GB on the marketplace. A quick google search tells me that the first Spartan Ops episodes are about 1.5 GB and War Games are 2GB. You'd need a USB drive to put stuff on before you could play Halo 4 on a 4GB 360.
4GB consoles are cheap and if you have the know-how you can throw in an old hdd from a red-ringed console or format a new laptop hdd yourself.
That is what I did. Used a WD blue HDD, formatted it according to Xbox standards and been using it for the past 8 months now. No problems with it. Love the console

U can also use up to 2 16GB flashdrives too I believe
I paid only marginally more for a 250 GB holiday bundle. I certainly paid less than most did with a 4GB console and a laptop drive, so your snark is lost on me, bub.
Yeah, I also have a hard time believing people were able to upgrade their 4GB consoles for less than $50, which is the price difference for a lot of the 250GB 360s. Personally I think MS should never have created the 4GB version, its a completely useless console on its own.
