The one you link has Lithium Polymer cells. These should hold their charge when not in use for a longer period of time. I cannot speak to the quality of the cells or the product though. A good Lithium Polymer should hold a descent charge for about a year all things considered.
The product linked in this thread doesn't indicate the type of cells other than to say they're Samsung. I've got one of these so I'm guessing they're not Lithium Polymer because I generally lose charge when not in use over a month or so.
My pattern is to just throw these into a bag and only need them a few times a year...so holding a charge for me is more important than it may be for you. If you use these regularly then I would just go by what feature set you think you'd like.
