FAR Software Titles:
Acronis Disk Director 11 [newegg.com]
Panda Security Antivirus Pro 2013 (3 Users) [newegg.com]
Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2013 (3 Users) [newegg.com]
Total Defense PC Tune-Up [newegg.com] *** This product requires software activation with a credit card. <- the guy who wrote this, are you sure? this seems to be the only product not requiring CC activation to qualify for a rebate. I've got my rebate card for this promo (TDI-10142) already - $35.
Total Defense Premium Internet Security (5 Users) [newegg.com] *** This product requires software activation with a credit card.
Total Defense Antivirus (3 Users) [newegg.com] *** This product requires software activation with a credit card. - Can you elaborate. Do they charge something to the card immediately, or do they wait until the subscription term is over & then they charge you & if so can you cancel that subscription in the meantime w/o being charged? They may do a test charge to make sure you aren't giving them bogus information, but you will not be charged until the initial subscription expires and is ready for renewal. Most people either use prepaid gift cards or avoid the deal to avoid giving out card information. I only buy this software when it is part of a great deal. In this case, there are better options.

This particular deal appears to be a Newegg rebate and not a manufacture rebate.

Is there a lot of difference between SB6121 and SB6141 or not much? Thanks!

I have and use the SB6121 on Comcast. I haven't had a single problem with it yet. Always get a steady 24MB down 4MB up as promised by Comcast. I've had it for just over a year now.

I missed out on the Amazon deal on 3/31. I ordered the brown box from Amazon for $69.99. It's to arrive on 4/5. The technician from Comcast will be here 4/6 to install. Should I keep the Amazon's or return it for this one? Decision.

Here is an excerpt from this webpage: http://www.squidoo.com/motorola-s...ould-i-buy
However there are two main things that makes the SB6141 different from the SB6121. Most important of all is that the SB6141 has twice the download capacity than that of the SB6121. This is due to the fact that the SB6141 has the ability to channel bond up to eight channel downstream instead of four for the SB6121. The other factor is that the SB6141 is not only the latest of the SB61xx family but it is also slightly cheaper than its predecessor even though it has a bigger capacity

Newegg Rebates take a very long time to process.

Be sure and speedtest your current Docsis 2.0 modem. If you are getting more than what you are paying for don't go to Docsis 3.0.
